Do you also deliver abroad?

Yes! We currently deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, United States, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

If this changes in the future, we will update you right away.

We ship our packages with PostNL and DHL. If you order on working days before 4:00 PM,  we transfer  your order to PostNL and DHL the same day. You will receive your order the next day. Of course this often works, but not always. We ask for your understanding for this.

How can I track the status of my order?

When the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with a tracking code with which you can track the shipment. 

Not at home?

If you are not at home to receive your package, PostNL or DHL will try to deliver your package to the neighbors. If this also fails, PostNL or DHL will try to deliver your package again the next day. In both cases, the PostNL or DHL driver will leave a message in your mailbox. With the "not at home code" on the message you can indicate yourself where and when you want the second delivery attempt to be made. If the second delivery attempt also fails, the following steps will follow. After 7 days your package will be returned to us. As soon as we have received the package, we will contact you.

Parcel delayed?

PostNL and DHL strive to deliver your order within 1 working day. 99% of our orders are delivered within 1 working day. Unfortunately, the remaining 1% is delayed. We naturally find this very annoying, but unfortunately we have no influence on this. If your order has not been delivered one day after the expected delivery date, please first check the delivery information via the track and trace link sent by email. If you have  an account  , you can also track the status of your order there. Have you not received a shipping confirmation by e-mail? Then  call or email
